Craven County Health Director Scott Harrelson made the announcement Saturday morning. "We have our first positive, a person who recently traveled out of the country," Harrelson said. "We believe that is where he acquired it. The individual and their spouse have been in isolation and quarantine and now we begin contact tracing." Close contact is anyone who was within six feet of the individual for 10 minutes or more...
